Each condo has a private lanai and there is a designated BBQ area. Hana Kai has a quiet retreat-like atmosphere so there are no televisions in the rooms. Come and enjoy the sound of the ocean and spend quality time with your loved ones.

Many of the units have spectacular ocean views and the others have lush tropical garden settings. The sunrises are as magnificent as the West side sunsets.

Rates range from - $167-$349 per room, per night. Children 6 years and under stay free. Special weekly and monthly rates are available.
Hawaii General Excise and Transient Taxes (11.42%) will be added to these rates.

Ocean Front Studios	$235 per night plus tax* - discounts available

	Hana Kai 2 -This ocean front studio is just steps from the beach. Let the sounds of the ocean waves put you into a "relaxed" state of mind as you gaze at the water.

Ocean View Studios Premium	$225 per night plus tax* - discounts available

	Hana Kai 202 - This studio is more elevated than the ocean front building and has dramatic ocean views of the entire bay. You can still hear the wonderful sounds of the ocean, but it is more subdued and feels very peaceful.

Ocean View Studios	$205 per night plus tax* - discounts available
	Hana Kai 205 - This light and airy studio was recently remodeled and has enticing views of Hana Bay.

	Hana Kai 102 - This studio is more elevated than the ocean front building and has dramatic ocean views of the entire bay. You can still hear the wonderful sounds of the ocean, but it is more subdued and feels very peaceful.

	Hana Kai 105 is a garden view studio that is in the garden view category although it has an ocean peek from the lanai. It is comfortable with carpet in the bed and living area. There is tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is an adorable ocean theme. It has fish and turtles coming out of the tile (see pictures)!

Partial Ocean View Studios	$185 per night* - discounts available

	Hana Kai 106 - This studio is easy on the budget, and has the lowest rates available. It has an ocean peek from the lanai.

Partial Ocean View 1 Bedroom	$210 per night* - discounts available

	Hana Kai 107 - This lovely one bedroom condo is an end unit with a large corner lanai and feels very private. It is a first floor unit, and it is on the left side of the building with a partial view of the black rock beach from the lanai.

Ocean View 1 Bedroom	$220 per night* - discounts available

	Hana Kai 101 - This one bedroom corner unit has a large covered lanai and is more elevated than the ocean front building. It has been recently remodeled and has very nice furnishings. The two sofas in the living room are close to the size of twin beds and work well to accommodate children or teenagers. It has dramatic ocean views of the entire bay. You can still hear the wonderful sounds of the ocean, but it is more subdued and feels very peaceful.

	Hana Kai 103 - Unit 103 is a one bedroom with a futon sleeper in the living room. 103 has a very nice ocean view.

	Hana Kai 104 - This lovely one bedroom unit is furnished tastefully and feels like a home more than a rental. It is in the garden view category with a partial ocean view. It is a very peaceful setting.

	Hana Kai 204 - This second floor one bedroom unit is in the garden view category with a partial ocean view. Enjoy the comfort of your private lanai in this peaceful setting.

	Hana Kai 207 - This second floor one bedroom condo is an end unit with a large corner lanai and feels very private. It has a fabulous view of the black rock beach and garden area below from the lanai. The condo is light and airy with a palm tree border and bright colored tropical decor to give you that "Island Vibe."
	Hana Kai 203 - This lovely one bedroom condo is tastefully furnished and has a lovely view from the covered lanai and living room. It has been remodeled and has hardwood floors and beautiful Koa wood trimmings.

	Hana Kai 5 - Hana Kai's most superior two bedroom ocean front condo is just steps from the beach. It is an end unit with a very large private lanai that looks over the ornamental pool and the ocean. It is the largest unit in the complex and is very tastefully decorated. Let the sounds of the ocean waves put you into a "relaxed" state of mind as you gaze at the water.
Reservations: Rates for Hana Kai are based on 2-person occupancy and each additional person will be charged an additional $15 per night. A one night deposit is taken at time of booking for reservations of less than five nights. A 25% deposit is taken at time of booking for reservations of five or more nights. Cleaning Fee: A one time cleaning fee of $20 (per unit) is applied for reservations of one or two night stays. Cleaning fee is waved for reservations of three (3) or more nights. Cancellation Fees: $50 with 15 or more days notice. Deposit is forfeited with less than 15 days notice.
